RETURN POLICY
You can return any item purchased on szabosihag.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.
Returned Products must conform to our returns policy below.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them). This includes the following guidelines:
Products should be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged, and unused with their original tags and intact ‘do not remove’ tag; should be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box; if the Product comes with a security tag this should be left on;
If you fail to comply with the above obligations (including the conditions of return), we may deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the Product(s) up to the full price of the Product(s).
You cannot cancel a contract for the supply of any of the following Products: any Products that have been personalized or made to your own bespoke specifications unless such Products were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered.
RETURNS PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at info@szabosihag.com.
The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.
Your returned item must arrive at the Szabo Sihag warehouse no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the location within 14 days.
What happens next?
To request a return, please email info@szabosihag.com and include your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions via email.
Please note:
- The shipping cost and any applicable duties for the return are your responsibility.
- Szabo Sihag (SZABO SIHAG LIMITED) is not liable for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us.
When preparing your return:
- Place the item in its original packaging and include all tags and materials.
- Keep the box open for the courier to inspect the contents, if required.
- Retain a copy of the return label and tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s delivery status.
Please note:
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost.
Write us an email at info@szabosihag.com, with the reason for the exchange. The exchange is subject to availability, there could be a delay in confirming the goods are available. As soon as we receive your return, we will ship the new item to the address from your original order. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We usually accept returns within 5 business days of their arrival at our warehouse; once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit and Debit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email.
