Standard Delivery: Ships 3-8 working days

All orders are shipped with UPS  or DHL and require a signature upon delivery. Courier services  usually operate between 9 am—6 pm on business days.

 

You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address (recommended).

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

 

All orders are fully traceable through the courier's website

 

Pre - Order

The Spring/Summer collection you can pre-order September/October. You then receive it in January.

Refused Delivery

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly advise you to review your order prior to shipment.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

 

Sale Period

During the sale period, the large number of orders can result in longer delivery times.

 

Taxes and Duties

The Prices of Products are inclusive of taxes and customs duties.
